Product Overview

90,000TPY continuous hot dip galvanizing line

This line is a continuous hot dip galvanizing & galvalume combined
line for cold rolled strip with the function and main
equipments of degreasing, annealing, galvanizing (GI+GL), skin pass
mill (optional), tension leveler, passivation/antifinger
print, electrostatic oiling (optional) and so on. It has the
capacity of 90,000 tons per year; the raw material is cold rolled
hard strip SPCC; the spec is 600-1250mm×0.10-0.80mm. The designed
processing speed is Max. 140mpm. Quality of the products accord
with the standard of JIS G 3302; Total length of the line is about
128m.

FEATURES AT A GLANCE

1. The line is designed to be able to process cold rolled strip
with annual capacity of 90,000 tons (based on working time 7200
hours/year).
2. The spec is 600-1250mm×0.230-0.80mm. The designed processing
speed is Max. 140mpm.

We provide two kinds of technologiesof hot dip galvanizing (galvalume) lines: "United States Steel Corp"and independently researched and developed “JJRS-Sendzimir” .
